General Workouts
Below are a list of workouts that can be done on the erg, bike, or running.
The key thing to pay attention to is the Heart Rate (HR) goal and how hard to work.
Pay attention to your HR, and determine your Max HR before starting.
The goal is three cardio workouts a week, pick any two from the Cardio base section and one from the AnaerobicThreshold (AT) workouts.
